More than 50 civil society organisations, leading figures in entertainment, and thousands of supporters come together to launch a new alliance: TOGETHER. United against the growing division fuelled by the far right, TOGETHER aims to build momentum for unity against the far right, including a major national demonstration in London on Saturday, 28 March 2026. At a time when voices of division are growing louder, TOGETHER is calling for voices of hope to rise above them. The alliance is urging people across the country to stand up for unity, make it visible, and inspire others to speak out. TOGETHER aims to win hearts and minds against the far right including a cultural movement, local organising and community projects – plus a major national demonstration in London on Saturday, 28 March 2026. Stand Up To Racism, National Education Union, Friends Of The Earth, Unison, TUC, Unite The Union and many more are all part of the alliance.
Sir Lenny Henry said : “We stand for love over hate, hope over fear and unity over division. We’re coming together against racism, join us and be a part of it.” As voices of division grow louder across the UK, those promoting them are gaining confidence. For the first time, a far-right party is leading national polls, with YouGov placing them at 26%. At the same time, far-right demonstrations are drawing unprecedented numbers, including reports of more than 100,000 people attending a rally in September. The far right’s false promises exploit the very real economic pressures facing ordinary people, using them to scapegoat migrants, Muslims, and refugees. In response, the alliance aims to unite the country and show that our true strength lies in solidarity. Paloma Faith said, “There is no world that I want to live in where discrimination is acceptable for anything. No race, gender or class is superior to any other…this is why racism makes my blood boil”
On Tuesday 2nd December the likes of Allan Mustafa, Asim Chaudhry, Brian Eno,

Leigh Anne Pinnock said, “As an artist and a mother, I’m standing with Together Alliance to call iut far-right extremism and racism for what they are, dangerous and divisive. We have to protect our communities, defend our freedoms and stand up to hate together.” while Christopher Eccleston: “Racism is hatred, stand with us against it.” and Asim Chaudhry said, : “As someone who’s experienced racism first hand I know what a long lasting effect it can have on you. Together we can fight ignorance, fear and hate with wisdom courage and love”
TOGETHER we can reject narratives of division and racism. TOGETHER we can build solidarity across communities.
TOGETHER we can unite against the far right.
